DESIGN
Approximately 65 percent of our jobs are design-build. For many types of jobs, this is our preferred method of working. A design-build approach involves us early on and puts us in the position to design the best system for the facility’s use and identify areas of opportunity, whether for cost savings, improved energy efficiency or enhanced reliability. Also, as building systems and controls become more complicated with communication, security and fire protection systems, we are better able to integrate the HVAC systems. |
